I Will Survive! The Road to Santiago De Compostela

The Road to Santiago De Compostela is a fundraising project initiated by Pink Spartans, which aims to raise a total of $50,000 in support of Pink Spartans and the Singapore Cancer Society.

Pink Spartans is a dragon boat team formed in May 2009 by 32 Breast Cancer Survivors and supporters. Angelina Ong and Joy Tay, members of the Pink Spartans team, will be leaving on 11 April, to embark on the ‘Camino de Santiago de Compostela’, also widely known as the ‘Way of St James’. Taking the main route, Camino Frances, Angelina and Joy will start at Pamplona and end at Santiago de Compostela in Northern Spain, enduring a walk of 708 km in 30 days (25 km per day).

They are raising funds from 10 Feb to 30 June 2010. Your kind support will help subsidise treatment for needy cancer patients and help those living with cancer to lead full and active lives.
