FREE PAP SMEAR*
From 1 to 31 May 2012, FREE Pap smear screening will be offered to all female Singaporeans and PR aged 25 – 69 years old at participating clinics island-wide. Click here for the list of participating clinics.
| Terms and conditions

| 1. |
Free Pap Smear screening includes Pap Smear screening and results. Additional tests shall be charged based on respective clinics’ prevailing rates.
|
| 2. |
Appointment and Pap Smear must be carried out within May 2012.
|
3. |
Present your NRIC/Passport for registration at the participating clinics.
|
4. |
Participating clinics will follow-up with you for your results.
|
5. |
Criteria for Pap Smear screening:
|

a |
All Singaporean or PR women between the ages of 25 and 69 years old who have had sexual intercourse. |
| |
b |
Non-menstruating or have not had menses over the past seven days.
|
| |
c |
Avoid sexual intercourse 48 hours before the screening.
|
| |
d |
Do not use of spermicides, vaginal medications, vaginal creams, lubricant jellies or tampons 48 hours before the test.

6. |
Singapore Cancer Society is only responsible for liaising with the participating clinics to provide free Pap Smear screening. Any post-screening follow-up can be liaised with the respective clinic.

7. |
Wear a two piece outfit on appointment day.

免费子宫颈抹片检查包括子宫颈涂片检查和检验报告。其他额外检验的收费将根据诊所一般的收费。

| 2. |
必须在5月1日至 31日内预约与完成子宫颈涂片检查。
|
3. |
登记时,请出示您的身份证或护照。
|
4. |
诊所会跟进您的检验报告。
|
5. |
子宫涂片检查的准则及注意事项：

a |
新加坡公民或永久居民，年龄介于25至69岁曾有过性行为的女性。 |
| |
b |
在非经期或在月经结束7天之后进行检验。
|
| |
c |
检验前48小时请避免性交。
|
| |
d |
检验前48小时请不要使用杀精剂、阴道药膏、阴道润滑剂、阴道药物或卫生棉条。

6. |
新加坡防癌协会只负责和参与的诊所联系以提供免费子宫颈抹片检查。若检验报告出现异常，您可直接联络该诊所做进一步的诊断与治疗。 |

检查当天请穿衬衫裙子套装。 |
