A Healthy Lifestyle
- Stop smoking. Cigarettes not only lead to lung cancer but also increase your risk for cancers of the mouth, throat, oesophagus, stomach, pancreas, bladder, kidney and cervix
- Avoid alcohol completely or drink only in moderation
- Exercise regularly to maintain a healthy weight
- Avoid casual sex. Be faithful to one partner who is faithful to you
- Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight. Use a good sunblock or sunscreen lotion
