FREE Faecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) Kits
Colorectal cancer is the top killer for men, and is the most common cancer in Singapore when the tally for men and women are combined. Every year, about 1,400 Singaporeans are diagnosed with it. People above 50 are at higher risk of getting the cancer. However, it is highly curable. Last year, 169 lives were saved through SCS's colorectal screening programme. If you are above 50, you can collect the screening kit FREE from SCS or selected Guardian outlets. More info here |
