Are You At Risk? Take the 'Heart OK' Test
Answer the questions below and you can assess yourself whether you are at high, moderate or low risk for heart disease. Discuss the results with your doctor who will advise you accordingly.

Q2.	Is your blood pressure 140/90mm Hg or higher; OR have you been told by the doctor that your blood pressure is too high?

Q3.	Is your total cholesterol level more than 200 mg/dL or higher OR have you been told by the doctor that your cholesterol level is too high?

Q4.	Has you your father or brother had a heart attack before age 55 OR has your mother or sister had one before age 65?

Low, Moderate Or High Risk - How Do You Score?

High risk - If you have answered YES to 3 or more of the above questions, you have a high risk of having a heart attack.
Moderate risk – If you have answered YES to 1 or 2 of the above questions, you have a moderate risk of having a heart attack.
Low risk – If you have not answered YES to any of the questions above, you have a low risk of having a heart attack.

All screenings are recommended for those who have not been screened for the last year. To get a free screening, please call the clinic you wish to visit at least (3) three days before the screening date. There are limited tests available so do call ahead to avoid disappointment - all screenings are strictly by appointment. The screenings are for those aged 25 years and older.
