What's It All About?
Draw your family tree, your Novartis Healthy Family Tree can have more than four generations. The more generations, the better.
In your family tree, make sure you trace each family member's clinical history - if they had cancer or heart disease.
Ask your dad and mum to help you.
Be creative with your family tree - the more creative, the better.
All entries must not exceed A3 size (420mm x 297mm).

Who Can Participate?
All kids, aged 15 years and below who are Singapore or PR citizens
Note: Children of employees and vendors for the organisers and sponsors are not eligible to participate.

What Will The Judges Be Looking For?
The panel of judges will review entries according to the following criteria:

The number of family generations:
The more generations, the better
Inclusion of clinical history for each family member (cancer and heart disease)
Creativity:
The more elaborate the tree, the better.

Note: All entries must not exceed A3 size (420mm x 297mm).

Prizes & Notification of Winners
The top two winning entries will receive each a 3 Day 2 Night
(Check In: Fri night check out Sun morning) stay for a family of four or five @ ShangriLa's Rasa Sentosa, breakfast included. The hotel stay prizes may be redeemed between Jan-Feb 2006.
The winning entries will be selected on Tues, Dec 6 2005. The two winning entries will be notified by post.
