Q    :     I would like to enquire more about the services that SCS provides. A friend’s relative has been diagnosed with cancer. Does SCS provides any counseling, medical care and financial aid?

A    :     Yes, we do. Please refer to Rehabilitation Support for more information on the three support groups under the Singapore Cancer Society’s fold. Each group has a befriender programme, where members visit newly-diagnosed cancer patient at the hospital or home.

            SCS also provides medical care, in the form of hospice home care to terminally-ill patients. Please refer to Hospice & Oncology Home Care Services for more details.
