• NRIC number
• Contact number
• Old mailing address
• New mailing address

              Our Finance department will follow up on the change.

Q    :     Due to financial circumstances, I would like to terminate my donation. Please advise what I should do.

A    :     Please send us an e-mail to finance@singaporecancersociety.org.sg with the following details:

• Full name
• NRIC number
• Contact number
• Amount of donation
• Please state whether donation is by Credit Card or GIRO

          
            Our Finance department will follow up on your request to deactivate the donation.

Q    :     I am currently donating monthly to the SCS from my VISA card. I like to change my mode of donation to GIRO arrangement. Please advise what I should do.

A    :     Step (a): Please download the GIRO form and fill it up. Kindly mail the completed form to:

            Step (b): Please send us an e-mail to finance@singaporecancersociety.org.sg with subject “Change mode of donation” and with the following details:

            Our Finance department will follow up on the change once they receive both your GIRO form and email.

Q    :     I used to donate monthly to SCS till I changed my credit card. How should I carry on under my new credit card?
