(1) IT Project Executive
Responsibilities:
- IT Project Management
- Procure, Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
- Support/troubleshooting including the diagnosing of hardware and software failures or problems
- Research and evaluate new software or IT systems
Requirements:
- Preferably mininum 2 years of working experience in the IT support or related area
- Good knowledge in MS office application
- IT Project Management experiences
- Knowledge of MSSQL is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skill to communicate with people of all levels
(2) Welfare – Social Worker
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and support to cancer patients and families members including children and youths, through case management, befriender programmes, therapeutic group work and support programmes
- Identity and assess the needs of cancer patients and their families. Conduct social and financial assessments and mean testings
- Facilitate support group meetings and organize activities for the group
- Administrative duties and event management work
- Any duties as assigned by the Manager and CEO
Requirements:
- Degree or Masters in Social Work, counseling or phychology
- Preferably a Registered Social Worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers
- At least 2 years of social work/counseling experiences
- Good track record in organising and implementing family programmes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual and knowledge of Malay and dialect will be an added advantage
- Willing and able to work on weekends
(3) Welfare – Programme Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and co-ordination in running programmes, activities and support groups for cancer patients and their family members including children and youth.
- Provide support and coordination for volunteers in welfare programmes and activities
- Administrative duties, maintaining database and some level of event management work
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
- 'O' Levels and above
- At least 2 years of working experience with VWOs
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess a responsible and caring attitude
- Willing and able to work on weekends
- Basic Counselling skill is an added advantage
(4) Medical Services Executive
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the smooth running of cancer screening activities in SCS clinics.

To plan and execute Women’s Health road shows and cancer screening programmes.

To work in collaboration with Finance Department for disbursement of funds.

To work in partnership with internal staff, volunteers and external groups to achieve the aim of cancer prevention and control.

To compile reports pertaining to screening programs and Women’s Health road shows.

To assist the Supervisor in verifying invoices and tracking the number of women screened and budget utilization.

To facilitate society’s volunteer and student attachment programs.

Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Department Head

(5) Medical Services Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- To provide admin support to Cancer Screening Departments including submission of statistics and reports
- To assist in the coordination of and participate in medical screening events and roadshows

Responsibilities:
