(1) IT Project Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. IT Project Management
  2. Procure, Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
  3. Support/troubleshooting including the diagnosing of hardware and software failures or problems
  4. Research and evaluate new software or IT systems

Requirements:

  • Preferably mininum 2 years of working experience in the IT support or related area
  • Good knowledge in MS office application
  • IT Project Management experiences
  • Knowledge of MSSQL is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skill to communicate with people of all levels

 

(2) Welfare – Social Worker

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide counseling and support to cancer patients and families members including children and youths, through case management, befriender programmes, therapeutic group work and support programmes
  2. Identity and assess the needs of cancer patients and their families. Conduct social and financial assessments and mean testings
  3. Facilitate support group meetings and organize activities for the group
  4. Administrative duties and event management work
  5. Any duties as assigned by the Manager and CEO

Requirements:

  • Degree or Masters in Social Work, counseling or phychology
  • Preferably a Registered Social Worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers
  • At least 2 years of social work/counseling experiences
  • Good track record in organising and implementing family programmes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual and knowledge of Malay and dialect will be an added advantage
  • Willing and able to work on weekends

 

(3) Welfare – Programme Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and co-ordination in running programmes, activities and support groups for cancer patients and their family members including children and youth.
  2. Provide support and coordination for volunteers in welfare programmes and activities
  3. Administrative duties, maintaining database and some level of event management work
  4. Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

  • 'O' Levels and above
  • At least 2 years of working experience with VWOs
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess a responsible and caring attitude
  • Willing and able to work on weekends
  • Basic Counselling skill is an added advantage

 

(4) Medical Services Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. To oversee the smooth running of cancer screening activities in SCS clinics.
  2. To plan and execute Women’s Health road shows and cancer screening programmes.
  3. To work in collaboration with Finance Department for disbursement of funds.
  4. To work in partnership with internal staff, volunteers and external groups to achieve the aim of cancer prevention and control.
  5. To compile reports pertaining to screening programs and Women’s Health road shows.
  6. To assist the Supervisor in verifying invoices and tracking the number of women screened and budget utilization.
  7. To facilitate society’s volunteer and student attachment programs.
  8. Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Department Head

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 5 years’ related experience in the healthcare industry;
  • Strong desire to reach out, touch life and make a difference;
  • Project management and leadership skill
  • Customer service oriented with good communicative and people skills.

 

(5) Medical Services Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide admin support to Cancer Screening Departments including submission of statistics and reports
  2. To assist in the coordination of and participate in medical screening events and roadshows

Requirements:

  • 'A' levels or Diploma.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good team player
  • Customer service oriented with good communicative and people skills

 

(6) CRM EXecutive

Responsibilities:

  1. Donor Management
    a) Communicate with donors through direct mailers, online and social media, and other direct marketing tools
    b) Ensure proper co-ordination, implementation and documentation of various campaigns and communications
    c) Create and design content for donor communications
    d) Assist in responding to feedbacks and inquiries from donors
    e) Manage and update donor databases for effective donor communications
    f) Handle and manage donations, including donation-in-kind
  2. Digital Assets Management
    a) Assist in the selection, organization and categorization of organizational materials for archiving
    b) Coordinate with other departments to gather organizational materials for archiving
    c) Assist in the management of access to DAM system
  3. Administrative
    a) Generate reports relating to donor management and effectiveness of campaigns
    b) Provide operational and administrative support for donors-related activities
    c) To monitor budgets and adherence to financial procedure
    d) Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Dept Head

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years in donor or customer relations management experience. New applicants welcome
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient knowledge in Internet-based data entry/management of software
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator an added advantage

(7) CMS Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Assets Management
    a) Select, organize and categorize organizational materials for archiving
    b) Scan and catalogue archived materials
    c) Manages and facilitates access to the Digital Asset system, including system updates and user accounts
    d) Coordinate with other departments and external vendors in sourcing and archiving materials
  2. Web Management
    a) Create and update webpages and images on corporate website and micro sites using HTML coding and/or content management system (CMS)
    b) Coordinate website updates across departments
    c) Evaluate and implement CMS for corporate websites and micro sites
    d) Liaise with IT vendors and external parties on CMS
    e) Manage other online presence, including online donation initiatives and social media like Facebook for the organization
  3. Donor Management
    a) Assist in donor communication and related activities
  4. Administrative
    a) Provide operational and administrative support for DAM and web-related activities
    b) Provide support for social media, such as Facebook and online donation initiatives
    c) To monitor budgets and adherence to financial procedure
    d) Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Dept Head

Requirements:

  • Candidate should preferably possess at least a Diploma in IT or related areas.
  • At least 2 years working with web content production and management.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Content Management systems
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator an added advantage
